How is our Fee Structure different?

Most property management services charge their fees based on a percentage of the collected rent plus additional costs such as let up, inventory and advertising fees. HLCP charges a single management fee for its services (refer to the Core Services table, under Services).

One flat weekly fee of $44 (including GST)

The size of each portfolio is contained to a managable size in order to ensure quality service.
